Collection: Rough

The Rough Collection features rough material that has been faced or in completely rough form. Rough material can be displayed as is, if you wish, in your specimen collection. Most often, rough is purchased to be cut on a lapidary saw to create slabs and later turned into a final product, such as, a specimen slab or cabochon. Faced pieces of rough can be polished and turned into a specimen, as well! Rough material can also be broken into smaller pieces for tumbling.
